Health of Our Healths
This workshop invites those guiding the development of social impact practice to inquire into the wellbeing of the sector. You will be introduced to four methods of inquiry. These are useful when promoting health and wellbeing. The health-checks described are designed to ensure the wellbeing of ourselves, our organisations, and our sectors of influence simultaneously.
For Whom
The workshop will introduce four inquiry modalities to look at the health of our social impact practice. The session is for all those wondering why there may be sector challenges (e.g. in time, funding, resources, pace of progress, discourse) and who believe they have can positively influence healthy change. The intended outcome from this session is expanded knowledge empowering your future choices. This will be a collaborative exploration workshop, rather than training or instruction. The session is open to all those with social impact leadership experience or aspirations.
The basis of this inquiry is finding the causes of health and wellbeing in a generative society. This session provides a way for those leading social impact change to access a broader range of inquiry techniques to guide healthy and strong futures for all.
